Bible Studies

Bible studies at Mountain View Lutheran Church are an opportunity to live out many of the “Marks of Discipleship”—daily Bible reading, daily prayer, lifelong faith formation, caring for one another. These studies are opportunities to be in fellowship with other members of the congregation while diving deeper into the word of God.

Each Saturday at 7:30 a.m. in the Chapel Basement.

This member-led study gathers each week to discuss various books of the Bible. Currently, they are exploring some of the “general letters,” such as First Timothy, Second Timothy, Titus, and Philemon.

First and third Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. in the Library.

The members of this pastor-led study gathers twice per month to discuss various books of the Bible or themed studies.

First Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. in the All Saints Room.

There are no magical words to bring speedy healing to those who grieve; but surrounded by sisters and brothers in Christ; lifted up in the prayers of those who care for one another; wrapped in God’s Word of love, hope, and promise; we are supported, comforted, and strengthened. This is the hope and the purpose of the Grief Group.
