Join us for the Three Days—Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Vigil—as we experience the last days of Jesus. Think of these three worship services as a trilogy; each of them can be experienced as a standalone worship service, but they are best experienced together!
EASTER VIGIL worship service
Saturday, March 30, 2024 • 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary
During Saturday’s Easter Vigil, we process in following the Paschal candle; we hear the Exsultet, which is an ancient hymn, chanted; we hear stories of God’s presence throughout salvation history, leading up to the Cross and Resurrection; we get “rained on” in the Rite of Asperges; we move from darkness to light; we get to ring bells during the Easter Proclamation; and then we share Holy Communion together. We will also be receiving new members into our midst.
