During Maundy Thursday, we receive forgiveness of sins we didn’t receive on Ash Wednesday, we experience foot washing and the servant leadership espoused by Jesus, we share Holy Communion at the high altar, at the rail, we witness the stripping of the altar, and we depart in silence.
